We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

If you would like to request an exchange, please call or email with your order number and the style/size you are looking to exchange it for.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part. This cost will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates and the most competitive prices we can, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless an item is deemed defective or there was an error on our part. Most of our customers do not choose to return their items. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. Designed to follow the shape and natural arches of your foot, Metro utilizes our comfortable Tripad-Moc™ Construction for extra comfort and support. Metro provides extra toe room to allow your foot to properly set when walking as well as a soft shock-reducing polyurethane sole for a lighter, cushioned step.

SAS Tri-Pad® Comfort System: The green odor resistant Tri-Pad system cushions the 3 pressure points of your foot; the inside ball, outside ball, and the heel. This material never loses its shock-absorbing capacity.

SAS Comfort Footbed: Our SAS “SuperSuede™” material is wrapped over a thick shock absorbing cushion in order to provide a comfortable footbed that contours to the foot.

Genuine Moccasin Construction: The handlaced moccasin construction wraps soft supple leather completely around your foot and allows great flexibility.

All-Day Comfort Supersoft® Lightweight Sole: The wider sole base provides increased stability and maximum shock absorption. This sole is made of long-lasting, molded polyurethane containing millions of tiny air bubbles to cushion each step.
