We will gladly accept refunds or exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase with receipt.

All merchandise must be shipped to us in original condition, in the original product box, and in proper packaging.  Please place the boxed product in a proper shipping box or padded envelope when returning.  Please do not use the shoe box as your primary shipping box. Affixing tape, postage, or an address label to a shoe box will result in a minimum $10 fee.

If you would like to request an exchange, please call or email with your order number and the style/size you are looking to exchange it for.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless a verified mistake was made on our part. This cost will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. As part of our effort to offer the lowest shipping rates and the most competitive prices we can, we do not cover the return shipping costs unless an item is deemed defective or there was an error on our part. Most of our customers do not choose to return their items. Upon request we can provide you with a pre-paid label and reduce your refund/exchange credit to cover the label’s cost. Thick cushioning wraps gently around the foot with this cozy sandal. The insole contours to the natural shape of the foot, while a comfort sole creates a rebound effect with each step. Padded lining gives extra protection, while adjustable straps allow for a custom fit.

Details

Initial fit should allow the foot to settle naturally into the sandal's foot bed so that your foot sits inside the edge of the foot bed all the way around. This allows plenty of room for your toes to spread out and no areas of the foot are pinched. The straps should be adjusted enough to hold the foot comfortably in the sandal.

SAS Tripad® Comfort: Our multi-layered insole provides superior comfort to compliment our Tripad® footbed which cushions the three pressure points of your foot: the inside ball, outside ball, and the heel.

Broad, Contoured Footbed: Our broad contoured footbed with a soft Super Suede™ cover is molded so the natural arches and curves of your foot are cradled in the sandal. This allows you to maximize the shock absorbing qualities of multilayers of comfort.

Ultra-Puff™ Lining: Our Ultra-Puff™ lining completely cushions and protects the foot. The Super Soft topline construction eliminates harsh edges against the foot.

All Day Comfort Sole: The wide sole base provides increased stability and maximum shock absorbency. This feature, along with the contoured footbed and multi-layered insole, works to "rebound" every step and provide you with all-day cushioned comfort.
